• Last 2 years W2s, 1099’s tax returns
• Recent income award letters if applicable
• Last 2 years of employment history

 

Proof of Assets:

• 2 most recent asset statements (all pages)

 

Credit/Liability:

• Any supporting documents for derogatory credit items
• Proof of Child Support/Alimony obligations
• Proof of obligations for any other real properties owned (taxes/insurance/mortgage..etc)
• Last 2 years of residence history and proof housing had been paid as agreed.
