Welcome to Eric Prehm

You could say that real estate runs in the blood of Eric Prehm, the newest member of the Northwest Home Team. This Tumwater native has experienced real estate from almost every angle. From growing up in a family where his mom was also a real estate broker and investor to his own career where he has spent 2 years as a commercial realtor, 8 years as a residential realtor, 10 years as a sales and account manager for Stewart Title, while also personally investing in buying and selling properties and rentals. 

Designated Broker, Jessica Poulos, says this about Eric Prehm, “I have known Eric for a decade and know first-hand his knowledge of Title and Escrow, Real Estate and Thurston County. Not to mention he is very well respected because of his character and integrity. You’ll always find Eric doing the ‘honorable thing.'” 

When Eric isn’t busy with his clients, he is busy with his soulmate and wife, Shawnna. Together they are busy with doting on five children and 3 grand kids. You can tell that this family man loves being outside. In his spare time you can find Eric and his family wake boarding and wake skating behind their boat, golfing, landscaping, and camping. 

It’s no surprise to hear that his favorite thing about Thurston County is the diversity in outdoor recreation activities, the natural beauty of the area, and the abundance of bodies of water. 

Whether it be by helping his clients reach their real estate goals and dreams, mentoring, a kind word, or a kind smile and nod to a stranger on the street, Eric loves to empower others to reach their full potential.
