Todd Zimmerman

Todd was born in Tacoma and raised in University Place. He met my wife Shannon in 1989. In 2006, his wife and him moved to Yelm and love to call this their home. Shannon and Todd have been together for 34 years and have two children. He is a big animal and dog lover. He has one dog now, Hanna. You’ll also find Todd enjoying a delicious meal at a new restaurant or cooking a gourmet meals from scratch. He truly has an appreciation for delicious food. He also loves spending time on a boat on some of the local lakes with his wife.

Todd believes this is the best place to live and looks forward to helping each client find their perfect home in the PNW. He realizes the glory of the great Pacific Northwest because of the proximity of the Lakes, Mountains and Oceans. It’s the perfect place for Home Ownership!

When Todd is not in the PNW, he enjoys traveling to Mexico or Hawaii to Scuba Diving.

His grandfather started Payless Drug Stores in 1932. From the age of 13, I was working in the

stores learning the art of customer service. He worked his way up from box boy to Assistant Manager. Customer service came naturally to Todd!

He attended Washington State University and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Minor in Economics. He originally received my Real Estate license in the 80’s but never started his career in real estate until now. He found a Home at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Northwest Home Team. Todd believes the ultimate reward is helping my clients realize the American Dream of Home Ownership.
