Hello! I’m Sophie Wall, a passionate real estate professional with a deep love for both my family and the world of real estate. I live in the heart of Rochester, where I’m lucky to spend my days with my husband, Riley, and our three amazing kids.

Riley and I met in college at Central Washington University, where I played basketball, and he played football. From there, we built a life together, creating a family that shares a love for the outdoors. As a family, we stay active riding horses, hiking, hunting, and skiing—anything that gets us outside. Our home is always busy, from taking care of our horses and mules to feeding the chickens, cats, and dog. There’s never a dull moment, but that’s just how we like it!

Real estate became a passion for me when we decided to invest together. What started as a hobby quickly turned into a true love for all things real estate. I dove into everything I could get my hands on—books, podcasts, and exploring the MLS—becoming a student of the market. Our growing portfolio includes multifamily properties, Airbnb/VRBO units, and the development of raw land. I’ve learned firsthand how dynamic and rewarding real estate can be, and I’m constantly looking for new ways to expand my knowledge and strategy.
