Parker Stephens

Parker Stephens was born in Charlotte, North Carolina but raised here in Olympia, Washington. As a child of real estate investors, Parker has grown up around his family owning businesses and properties around town and he currently helps with the development, management, and maintenance. Parker also has experience with flipping homes and enjoys the construction process. With his experience thus far, this is what has taught him the value of commitment, hard work, and entrepreneurial spirit. Parker is excited to share his passion for real estate with the community. With his experience in property management, he has developed close relationships with builders and developers in town and is excited to share that knowledge with future clients. In his free time, Parker enjoys racing cars. His racing career started when he was 8 years old and continued on into the Nascar series that gave him the opportunity to travel the country. Parker now races locally and enjoys having fun with it. With Parker’s experience in racing, he has developed some very important marketing skills including communication, analytical, and critical thinking. Once you meet Parker, you know he is always looking for a great investment. With that being said, you know he is capable and can guide you in the right direction when it comes to investing your money into a home. Aside from work, Parker also enjoys hunting, golfing, and spending time with friends and family. Overall, Parker is very excited to start this next chapter in real estate and is thrilled to be able to share his knowledge with the community.
