As a native to Thurston County, Joe has a strong understanding of this area; and having been in real estate sales and appraisal since 2006, he appreciates the intricacies of the local real estate market. His knowledge, experience, and understanding don’t stop at the county line, he has sold and appraised homes from Lewis County to Snohomish County, all of the areas in between, out to the coast, and east of the Mountains.

When not working, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters who he loves to cheer on as they participate in multiple sports and activities. During the summer months, you can catch them “camping” in their RV and spending as much time as possible outdoors. They also love Seattle Sports and cheer on the Seahawks.

When asked what his favorite thing about this area is, Joe replied, “In My opinion The Olympia area is the ideal place to live. One reason why is the location. You drive 1.5 hours west you are at the ocean. 1.5 hours east you’re at the mountain, 1 hour north you’re in Seattle, 1.5 hours south you are in Portland. There are so many things to do and see right in this area.”
